Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE (1996), with more than 22 years of experience in large companies. MBA in Finance from IBMEC and in Project Management from FGV, certified in Project Management Professional - PMP, by the Project Management Institute - PMI, since 2006. Throughout his career, working on large and complex projects in the heavy construction industry, including road, railway, hydroelectric and sanitation works, as well as in the oil and gas industry and shipbuilding, obtained expertise in contract management with focus on risk management, budgeting, strategic planning, presentation and formulation of claims and interpersonal negotiation.
Administrator graduated from UNICAP - Catholic University of Pernambuco (2000), MBA in Project Management from Faculdade dos Guararapes, Certified Mediator and Arbitrator by INAMA / PE - National Institute of Mediation and Arbitration (2015) and Certified as Expert by COMPEJ (2020 ). Working for more than 20 years in large companies, of which, since 2008, in companies that work with projects in the areas of Naval Industry, Heavy Construction and Wind Energy. Through Contract Management, he promoted; critical analysis and monitoring of contractual obligations, with identification of risks (opportunities and threats); information management with survey and elaboration of scope change and claims process (Claim); development of administrative tools aiming at cost reduction and monitoring of goals (KPI`s). He has consolidated experience in administrative management, finance, risk, corporate insurance and claims, commercial approach, people management and conflict resolution.
